This role will require you to deliver the Customer Service objectives in relation to Station Operations on a day-to-day basis through the Customer Service team at the station whilst also ensuring that all staff under your control recognise and actively display the South Western Railway's values and behaviours in their service delivery.
To take the lead in all activities relating to the day-to-day running of the station whilst on duty and lead the station team in all aspects of customer service delivery. Deputise for the Customer Service management Team as necessary.

About the location
Clapham Junction opened in 1863 and is one of SWR's busiest stations with 17 Platforms. It is a vital transport hub that links London with several destinations across the South, including Reading, Windsor, Staines, Southampton & Bournemouth. With plenty of places to stop and grab a bite to eat and a drink, you can be sure that you will be comfortable for your journey ahead.
Working pattern
Working an average of 37 hours per week over 5 days
0630-1400 0700-1500 1400-2130 1500-2230 these are the shift patterns required for Clapham junction.
There are weekend shifts included in the role, these are 0730-1500 and 1400-2130.
