Our fleet today

Our fleet is diverse, with trains designed to serve different routes and passenger needs.

  • Class 450 "Desiro": Our most common train, serving routes from London Waterloo across the region.

Arterio is the future of suburban travel, designed with comfort and efficiency in mind.

  • 90 Class 701 units built in Derby (2019–2024), costing around £1 billion 
  • More capacity: A ten-car Arterio carries 556 seated and ~746 standing—over 50 % more than the older eight-car 455s
