Main Purpose

We require an enthusiastic and organised individual to provide clerical support to the Woking Team 

The successful candidate will require good interpersonal and communication skills, as this role will require you to deal with staff on a one-to-one basis as well as liaising with the whole of the Guard function. 

Principal Accountabilities

  • Production of regular reports.
  • Dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Ordering of stores.
  • Minute taking as required along with general administrative duties

Shift Pattern

Average of 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday when needed.

Standard office hours with flexibility to work outside of these should business needs require.

Minimum Requirements

  • The ability to work under pressure is a distinct requirement of this role.
  • Sound knowledge of IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be highly organised and methodical.
  • Must have good attention to detail and be self-motivated.
  • Must be customer focussed and willing to work as part of a small team.
  • Experience in the following systems would be advantageous. Worldline, Bugle, Citrix and Trust. 

Applicants who require a visa, must have at least 6 months remaining at the time of their appointment.
