Following over 150 nominations, a judging panel has selected 20 standout stations for the 2026 World Cup of Stations, and Brookwood is proudly among them, representing South Western Railway.
Brookwood has transformed unused railway land into an inclusive garden where railway families and the wider community can remember loved ones, explore shared heritage, and connect with nature. Created with the dedication of more than 30 volunteers, the garden builds on the station’s historic link to Brookwood Cemetery and offers a lasting space for reflection, belonging, and community care.
