South Western Railway recently welcomed YouTuber Geoff Marshall to Wimbledon Traincare Depot for a behind‑the‑scenes look at a moment of real change on our network.
With the new Arterio 701 fleet now close to full rollout, Geoff visited the depot to bid farewell to the much‑loved Class 455 trains after more than four decades of service.
During his tour, he met the teams who keep our trains running safely and reliably every day, and explored what goes into maintaining a modern fleet.
